Roman Pinösch holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences‑Po), and is a member of the Paris Bar and the Geneva Bar (EU/EFTA list).
Roman began his career in Paris as an associate with a renowned criminal law firm, where he gained solid experience before the French criminal and correctional courts, before joining the litigation, arbitration and white‑collar practice of a major French law firm.
He now spends his time between Geneva and Paris and dedicate his practice to business law and to defending governments, companies and their executives, as well as private individuals, in complex international disputes.
He also advises companies as well as institutional and private investors in private equity, VC and debt restructuring transactions.
Drawing on his experience before numerous jurisdictions and regulatory authorities, Roman advises his clients on their overall strategic planning. He is therefore involved in corporate governance issues, setting up and implementing compliance programs, and regularly joins multi‑disciplinary teams to supervise and conduct investigations.
